Why we talk

Conversation, in the age of AI

AI can draft the email, crunch the numbers, and summarize the meeting. What it cannot do is sit two people across a table and change how they see their work. Judgment is still formed the old way - in honest conversation - and that is exactly what a business runs on.

This revolution is being shaped from both ends of that table: younger builders who grew up prompting, and seasoned operators who have watched a few technology waves and know which lessons carry over. When they compare notes, the tools get sharper and the decisions get wiser. That exchange is the show.

Meet the host

Anebi Agbo

Product builder · Digital transformation executive · Entrepreneur

Anebi left Nigeria for the United States in 2013 with a one-way ticket and two suitcases. Thirteen years on: a decade of product, data, and design work across startups and Fortune 500 companies, his own digital studio - Eikon Labs - and the State of Arizona's first Digital Solutions Office, which he stood up in 2024. Under that program, Arizona took first place in its category in the 2024 Digital States Survey. Today he advises the State of Colorado as Senior Digital Advisor and CX Lead.

The Main Street side is personal: he partners in operating his family's commercial cleaning company, chairs the advisory board of Per Scholas Phoenix, and lives in Queen Creek with his young family. This show is where those two worlds - enterprise-grade tools and hometown businesses - talk to each other.
